At MGR, our leasing pros, maintenance rockstars and operations gurus lean on each other every day. When we share ideas and ask for help, we all get better. Celebrating Our Maintenance Heroes
In September, we rolled out the red carpet for our maintenance team, because they’re the heartbeat of our communities. Day in and day out they meet our high standards and keep everything humming, from fixing leaky faucets to making sure our grounds look beautiful. More importantly, they build relationships with residents, owning their roles and working as one unit. To celebrate them, we dedicated a full week: shared breakfasts, Taco Tuesday, coffee breaks with residents and handwritten cards overflowing with gratitude. We topped it off with gift bags backpacks, cooling towels and caps and quality time with management, corporate teammates and residents. It was our way of saying thank you for consistently meeting our metrics, making residents happy and doing it all with pride and teamwork.

Burn Bright, Not Out
Ambition is a wonderful thing, but at MGR we believe balance makes it sustainable. We love the “8‑8‑8” rule eight hours of work, eight hours of rest, eight hours for yourself. To keep burnout at bay, our teams plan together, focus on high‑leverage tasks and support each other when workloads get heavy. We encourage everyone to set boundaries, ask for help and concentrate on the tasks that really move the needle. When you take care of yourself, you’re not just a better team member you’re happier, too.
